As part of my personal commitment to you, our marketing plan will include:

1.) Provide a complete and thorough market analysis along with financing options to decide the probable sales price of the home.

2.) Develop a list of features and benefits of your home along with financing options to distribute to all Realtors and buyers.

3.) Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.

4.) Submit your home to the Multiple Listing Service.

5.) Deliver a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, also all published advertising.

6.) Place your home on the Internet.

7.) Mail out a thousand “Just Listed” post cards for your home.

8.) Act as host for the MLS cooperating Brokers tour.

9.) Provide the cooperating brokers a list of features and benefits of your home along with the flier.

10.) Constantly update you on any changes in the market and their effects.

11.) Provide additional exposure through professional sign, lock box and external flyer box when appropriate.

12.) Hold open house when convenient for homeowner.

13.) Pre-qualify all prospective buyers when possible.

14.) Follow up on showings of your home and provide you with information about buyer’s response to your home.

15.) Represent your interest upon presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and negotiate the best possible price and terms.

17.) After the contract is accepted. I will follow-up and keep you informed as to all stages of escrow, title and financing to ensure there is a timely closing.
