8.) Act as host for the MLS cooperating Brokers tour.
9.) Provide the cooperating brokers a list of features and benefits of your home along with the flier.
10.) Constantly update you on any changes in the market and their effects.
11.) Provide additional exposure through professional sign, lock box and external flyer box when appropriate.
12.) Hold open house when convenient for homeowner.
13.) Pre-qualify all prospective buyers when possible.
14.) Follow up on showings of your home and provide you with information about buyer’s response to your home.
15.) Represent your interest upon presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and negotiate the best possible price and terms.
17.) After the contract is accepted. I will follow-up and keep you informed as to all stages of escrow, title and financing to ensure there is a timely closing.
